At TMKOC Official Merchandise Shop, we want you to be as happy as Jethalal with a plate of Jalebi-Fafda. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Goods

  Place the unused apparel in its original packaging with all Gokuldham-themed tags intact to ensure a smooth inspection.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  A pickup will be scheduled within 48 hours; simply hand over the secured parcel to our authorized logistics partner.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team verifies the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be shipped out.
